The Biacore S200 is the latest in Biacore SPR technology and is designed for high-throughput screening of LMW analytes. It is similar to the T200 in design as it utilizes 4 serial flow cells, an integrated degasser, and an autosampler that supports 96- and 384-well plates. The significant difference is the extraordinary sensitivity (down to 0.1 RU) which allows for virtually no lower limit on the analyte MW. The S200 is available primarily for Sample Submission but can be available for Independent Use on an as-needed basis.
