The Biacore T200 is our dedicated Independent Use platform that is available for training and 24/7/365 reservation and operation. Similar to the 3000, the T200 utilizes 4 serial flow cells for simultaneous detection of up to 4 interactions per injection cycle (1 reference and 3 experimental ligands). Notably different is that the T200 is equipped with an integrated degasser and an autosampler that supports 96- and 384-well plates for high-throughput screening. The improved sensitivity (down to 1 RU) of the T200 allows for detection and analysis of small molecule analytes. The T200 is the dedicated Independent Use platform but is still available for Sample Submission as-needed.
