- Get linked to a PI and project (fund code/PO number) in CoreResearch@Duke.
- Contact your lab manager or financial manager for assistance.

For use of equipment on the main Duke Medical Center Campus:

Cell sorters (A01; A02): please email us to set up an orientation to the sorting facility.

Cell analyzers (F01; L01; L02; M01): please request Independent End User Training.

For use of equipment on the Duke RTP Campus:

Cell sorters (S01) and cell analyzers (P01; M02; R01): please schedule training sessions on the RTP Bookings website.

Book the Flow Cytometry Independent User Course prior to booking hands-on trainings.

After Training

Fill out a Hazard Assessment form at least 48 hours before your first session.

This form needs to be filled out once for each type of cell analyzed, but not for each single experiment

Schedule a session in CoreResearch@Duke.

Download and fill out a cytometer-specific protocol sheet for each session.

Visit the flow cytometry facility with your samples in an appropriate container, and run your samples!
