The DHVI has assembled a group of state-of-the-art facilities, instruments, techniques and services to support basic and translational research initiatives in vaccine immunology, immune reconstruction, host-pathogen interactions, emerging infectious diseases and biodefense. These comprehensive OPEN ACCESS Shared Resources are available to the Duke community and their collaborators.
The Regional Biocontainment Laboratory at Duke is a state-of-the-art BSL2/BSL3 biocontainment environment with three Core Units that focus on:
