DHVI Core Values Monthly Recognition Program- March 2019

DHVI faculty & staff have the opportunity to recognize their peers for exhibiting one of the DHVI’s three Core Values: Excellence, Collaboration and Innovation. This program was created for our employees to recognize any other employee for their hard work, contribution, and dedication to DHVI. Those recognized receive a star value pin and are recognized in the DHVI monthly newsletter.

Kedamawit Tilahun received a gold star value pin in recognition of Excellence for exhibiting research excellence in the characterization of N160-dependent non-human primate antibodies.

 

Dapeng Li received a gold star value pin in recognition of Excellence for his brilliant work in screening hybridomas. His work allows us to indentify individual cells that produce desired antibodies for future testing.

 

Kelly Soderberg received a gold star value pin in recognition of Excellence for going beyond her responsibilties as Chief of Staff to pull together the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Facility’s organizational and financial data for NIH submission.

 

Maggie Barr received a gold star value pin in recognition of Excellence for taking on additional responsibilites while assuming her own to continue the advancment of her lab's research. Maggie is an invaluable asset to her team.
